I hate to keep being an apologetic for the show, indeed I was puzzled when Prime said Megatron split with him after the war started, however, what he does say makes sense. Megatron was manipulating strife against the caste system behind the scenes as he and Optimus were debating what would be the best course of action for Cyberton and at a critical moment, (ie Optimus being chosen as the next Matrix bearer) Megatron turn on his 'old friend' and revealed his fully militarized force the Decepticons. It isnt so much as a continuity break as Optimus being really fuzzy about the details because he (unlike the reader) is not privy to a 3rd person omnisciencent point of view (ie being Primus). {{unsigned|24.182.231.55}}

I hate to keep being an apologetic for the show, indeed I was puzzled when Prime said Megatron split with him after the war started, however, what he does say makes sense. Megatron was manipulating strife against the caste system behind the scenes as he and Optimus were debating what would be the best course of action for Cyberton and at a critical moment, (ie Optimus being chosen as the next Matrix bearer) Megatron turn on his 'old friend' and revealed his fully militarized force the Decepticons. It isnt so much as a continuity break as Optimus being really fuzzy about the details because he (unlike the reader) is not privy to a 3rd person omnisciencent point of view (ie being Primus). —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.182.231.55 (talkcontribs).
