- Furmanite is a substance from the Beast Wars portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Furmanite, or anti-energon, is a substance that repels energon at low doses. In higher quantities, it can cause planet-shattering explosions if it comes in contact with energon. Furmanite can be infused into a Transformer's infrastructure to create energon armor.
