Team Athenia is a squad of Autobots stationed on the galactic rim. Its members are:
- Rodimus Prime, the leader
- Brawn
- Hot Shot
- Red Alert
- Ironhide

Team Athenia battled Team Chaar, composed of Strika, Spittor, Cyclonus, Blackout, and Oil Slick for control of space bridge 687-030, but was defeated. TransWarped

While guarding a space bridge, Team Athenia found itself menaced by a Rock Lord. Attempting to fight it individually, their powers proved useless against its impenetrable shell. Rodimus then whipped his team into shape, combinding their strengths to take down the monster. Victory won, Rodimus told his crew that with teamwork they'd be unstoppable.
