- 1986 — Galvatron, Decepticon leader from Generation 1. For toys of this character, see Galvatron (G1)/toys.
- 1988 — Grand Galvatron, Galvatron's proposed Unicron-sized upgrade from The Headmasters.
- 1990 — Galvatron II, a Galvatron from an alternate Generation 1 future where the Autobots were nearly eradicated.
- 1998 — Galvatron, a triple-changer and Predacon Emperor of Destruction from Beast Wars II.
- 2001 — Galvatron, a supercharged version of Megatron (and astounding ten-changer) from Robots in Disguise.
- 2002 — Galvatron, a supercharged version of Megatron from the Unicron Trilogy. (Note that at the beginning of each franchise, Galvatron reverts to being called "Megatron", but upgrades to "Galvatron" again before the end.)
