This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Sensei Yoketron is a teacher of some sort. Sprocket claims to know him, but doesn't.

Sprocket claimed that he had been taught to paint by Yoketron and that he, Yoketron and Grandus had gone to the Fractal Amphitheater together.
