José Antonio Macías (born September 19, 1967) is a Mexican actor and voice actor. He also voiced The Human Torch in the 2005 and 2007 Fantastic Four movies as well as Captain America in Captain America: The First Avenger with both characters being played by Chris Evans. He is best known for his role as James from Team Rocket which he has been doing since Pokémon was first aired. He is married to fellow voice actress Rosalba Sotelo.
