Rob Ruffolo is a Canadian artist who was Dreamwave's Art Director until Dreamwave went bankrupt. Currently, he seems to be a colorist for IDW Publishing.
Although fairly universally panned for his worked on Dreamwave's Micromasters series, he seems to have redeemed himself with a stellar job on IDW's Sixshot Spotlight.
