Cyberutopia is a location, the fabled home of the Knights of Cybertron from Cybertron's ancient age.

The Cyberutopians were a sect on Cybertron. Presumably, they have some connection to the Cyberutopia of legend. Chaos Theory Part 2
Dai Atlas, leader of the Circle of Light, sought out the map indicating the location of Cyberutopia, to the point where his name in Old Cybertronian was "Dei Atlas", meaning "God Map".
When the Matrix of Leadership split into half after purging Vector Sigma of the D-Void, a map was found in one half. Drift believed this to be the fabled map to Cyberutopia, and Rodimus pushed to use the map to find the Knights of Cybertron so they could bring about a new age on Cybertron.
