This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Valve seems a bit indecisive. He is Spark brothers with Springarm and Wheelarch.

Valve was a founding member of the Autobot Wreckers. He later defected to the Decepticons and became leader of Squadron X. He was succeded in that position by Macabre. Macabre's Squadron X profile
