Jìng Fēng Bīaolún (劲风飙轮, "Whirlwind Wheel") is an Autobot guerrilla expert. With aplomb and courage, she can strike at the Decepticons with fierce precision. Her attacks are aided by her piercing knowledge of Megatron and his troops, allowing her to easily identify weak spots in the Decepticon legions.
