Overlord had attacked the emperor of a nearby star system, simply for the challenge of it, but the people were putting up a significant resistance. Gorelock agreed to help, and they had a battle that put the technological development of the empire back an estimated 250,000 years. Afterwards, Overlord simply left.
As a result of helping Overlord, however, Gorelock found himself a prisoner in the Decepticon penal colony Styx awaiting trial and probable execution.
