So, before I type out the articles, I want to make sure I understand it correctly:

Uprising: Chaos Theory, Megatron Origin, and Autocracy.
Exodus: Neutrals leave Cybertron.
Remote Age: Autobots and Decepticons fuck around for millennia? (This is the most unclear one to me.)
Cataclysm: Thunderwing.
