The culmination of Megatron's research with his counterparts in dozens of universes, the chaotizer is designed to enslave the Beast of Time, Hytherion. By overwriting the creature's higher functions and inscribing Megatron's own operating code upon Hytherion's nucleus, the Decepticon leader becomes its master.
