Until I came to edit this I was 100% sure that the dude with the anvil was Rack (as shown here) but now I can't find a single canon source to back me up. I mean, it make sense that the anvil is the "rack" and the hammer is the "ruin" and all, but was it ever explicitly mentioned? So if Spinister is in this issue of More than Meets the Eye, then the similar looking robot back on Cybertron is Spinster, his twin brother. Which would explain why everyone gets their names mixed up/mis-pronounced.
