The Special Air Service Forces is an organization from the Revenge of the Fallen portion of the live-action movie continuity.

Graham is an agent in the Special Air Service Forces (SASF).

The full name of the organization is given on Matthew Marsden's interview on the DVD's Domestic Destruction featurette.
They're either a fictionalized version of the SAS, or a badly researched version of the SAS. The real SAS is a regiment of the British Army and does not have agents.
