Dither the Helper Bot assists Doc Greene and has an obsession with toast. Those, we can understand—it's the fact he has a wig and tie matching Doc Greene's hair and tie which is weird. He is nuclear powered.

When Mayor Luskey visited Doc Greene to complain about the failure of the Griffin Rock lighthouse, Dither repeatedly offered him toast. After a piece of toast bounced off the Mayor's head causing him to turn red with rage, the Doc quickly blocked Dither from causing any more mischief.
