David "Dave" Boat is an American voice actor who is best known for playing roles such as Thor on The Super Hero Squad Show and the Ultimate Avengers films and Ultimate Avengers 2, Vortex in Danny Phantom, Rupert in Family Guy, Slush in Tuff Puppy, Weiss in the Final Fantasy VII video games, and Lexaeus and Aeleus in the Kingdom Hearts games.
