The Traitor's wheel is a Decepticon instrument of execution. It's a very painful way to go.

Fulcrum was sentenced to death by Traitor's wheel in Styx, but was given a brief reprieve of sorts when he and the rest of the prisoners were conscripted into the K-Class, to die as bombs on the battlefield. Who's Afraid of the DJD?

- The Traitor's wheel appears to be based on the breaking wheel, a real-life means of torture and execution.
