Léiyún Qíshì is an Decepticon from the Aligned continuity family.

Among the Decepticons, Léiyún Qíshì (雷雲騎士, "Thundercloud Knight") is one of the proudest, reveling in his Decepticon allegiance and his superb aerial skills. This leads to his complete and utter contempt for Autobots and those poor Transformers who can't fly for combat. Megatron grants him much trust and regard, which Léiyún Qíshì deeply cherishes and uses to motivate himself in the face of adversity.
