- The Galactic Council is an organization from the IDW continuity portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The Galactic Council is an organization which presumably oversees the cooperation of the various intelligent species in the galaxy. They're not very fond of either Autobots or Decepticons, whose petty conflict has ruined entire planets and gotten countless innocent bystanders caught in the crossfire.
