Mecha-sectioning is a technological process from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

A Mini-Con who undergoes mecha-sectioning can be powerlinked to a bulk against her or his will.

Leader-1 listed this as one of the (many) things he resented Megatron for when he turned the Mini-Con Moonbase's defenses on him. Dreamwave Armada issue 11

This would appear to be a more physical version of the animated continuity's servility program.
