Scooter was responsible for altering the emergency frequencies of the GoBots' dimensional explorer team to mask them from detection. Withered Hope

- Scooter is totally Tonka's GoBot of the same name.
- In the Challenge of the GoBots cartoon, he was voiced by Frank Welker. You may have heard of him.
