Ban Magami (まがみばん Magami Ban) is a Japanese manga artist, born in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, in 1957. He was one of Leiji Matsumoto's assistants in his early career. His first work was the Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers manga in TV Magazine. He also worked as a character designer for the Japanese Generation 1 anime. He designed several character models such as the new characters for The Headmasters, Minerva, God Ginrai, Star Saber, Victory Leo, Super Megatron and others.

He also works on children's books such as "The Secret of Tutankhamen" from Kodansha.
