Pious Maximus is a member of the Cyberutopians from the IDW comics portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Not especially jolly.

Pious Maximus is a leading figure of the Cyberutopian sect on pre-war Cybertron. He is known for his rejection of Ratioism and his deep, abiding faith in the Knights of Cybertron.

  • Pious Maximus' color scheme is a nod to the Xantium, which is itself inspired by "Stronghold", a fan character created by Don Figueroa.[1]
