Lieutenant Larsen works for Skywatch under Colonel Gordon Horiuchi, and is among his loyalists who believe that Skywatch and the Autobots can work together.

Larsen drove Horiuchi and Daniel Klonowski to the Autobot headquarters when they needed to replace Bumblebee's Skywatch badge, which had been used to trap him in vehicle mode. She suggested to the colonel that maybe they should've actually told the Autobots about the badges' restraining ability beforehand in order to avoid mistrust, but he brushed it off. The Gift Horse
