Larsen is a human from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Lieutenant Larsen works for Skywatch under Colonel Gordon Horiuchi, and is among his loyalists who believe that Skywatch and the Autobots can work together.

Larsen drove Horiuchi and Daniel Klonowski to the Autobot headquarters when they needed to replace Bumblebee's Skywatch badge, which had been used to trap him in vehicle mode.
