Peter took in and cared for a stray puppy that he found accompanying its dead mother; it was allowed to wander the energy plant and Peter took short breaks from work to feed it milk. During one such feeding, the Dinoforce attacked, seeking the energy at the plant. A large pipe fell on him and rendered him incapable of moving. His puppy ran off to find the other workers in a storage room. Jean Minakaze was with them and had the workers use the principle of levers that he recently learned to lift the pipe off. Dinoking temporarily threatened their rescue effort, but Star Saber was able to hold off the combiner long enough for Peter to be saved.

When the Decepticon forces were forced into retreat, Peter thanked Jean for saving his life and his puppy leaped on him out of joy. Unite!! Multiforce
