Gary, Judy, Noah, and Leah Acton visited Independence Hall as part of their expansive road trip. Their sightseeing was soon spoiled by the appearance of Runabout and Runamuck, who threatened to vandalize the building till RAAT showed up. Decepticon Graffiti!
