Knock Out is a Decepticon from the Kre-O continuity family.

Knock Out is a smooth-talking weapons engineer for the Decepticons, personally building and installing many a tool of destruction for his comrades. If there's one thing he like more than watching his creations at work, though, it's carrying out experimental surgery. Who needs arms when you could have ion cannons instead? [1]
