Classic Media is a syndicator and licensor of vintage animation programming and characters. Among the media assets it owns or handles are the early Rankin-Bass specials, the He-Man and She-Ra television series, Voltron, and The Lone Ranger. It is a subsidiary of DreamWorks Animation (which was spun off from the live action DreamWorks).

Classic Media holds the master broadcasting license outside of the US, Japan, and Canada to Animated, and worldwide broadcasting (except for the US) and home video master rights outside Japan and most of Asia to the Unicron Trilogy.
