Megatron Clone is a replica of Megatron created by Wheeljack. There are a few of of him.

Decepticon story
The Megatron Clones were created when the Autobots secretly scanned Megatron and uploaded the data to their "duplicating machinery". They set up a trap for the Decepticons on Zel Samine by feeding Laserbeak false information. Once the Decepticons were where the Autobots wanted them to be, Wheeljack sicced four Megatron Clones on them. The clones were eventually felled in battle, forcing Wheeljack to retreat and lament that perhaps their data weren't complete. The Transformers
This scenario only plays out on the second playthrough of the Valley 2 stage.
