This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
All we really know about Pivot is that he was lucky enough to have found love.

IDW Generation 1 continuity
Pivot was Chromedome's Conjunx Endura at some point in the past. He died and Chromedome used his mnemosurgery skills to remove all his memories of Pivot to escape his grief, against the advice of his friend and colleague Brainstorm. The Gloaming

- Given his close relationship with Chromedome, it's a good bet that Pivot was an Autobot.
