"Destron Sanka" (デストロン讃歌, "Destron Song of Praise"), is an insert song performed by Hironobu Kageyama for the The Headmasters cartoon. As the name suggests, it is basically the theme song for the Decepticons — or possibly a decaffeinated beverage.
