Code 113 is the Functionist Council's term for the discovery of a Point One Percenter spark.

When Overlord's spark was uncovered at Luna 2's Thymesis Energon mining facility it was called in by Momus as a code 113. In response, the Functionist Council sent Three-of-Twelve to collect it and reward Momus appropriately. Remembrance Day

- Code 113 is one of a number of references in More than Meets the Eye to issue #113 of the UK Marvel comic, which originally got writer James Roberts hooked on the series.
