::::: Tfwiki should create a news page like TFW2005, to put news, leaks and unconfirmed info on, that way we could still have it, but it wouldn't mess up the article. - [[User:SoundWave|SoundWave]] 15:11, 18 October 2013 (EDT) | |||

Does this belong here? Should I keep it for later?
Basically, allegations that Bumblebee's new (officially confirmed) alternate mode is directly based on some random guy's customized Camaro.--Nevermore 06:31, 14 June 2013 (EDT)
It's called Transformers: Age of Extinction. - SoundWave 11:03, 2 September 2013 (EDT)
- That's not going onto the article 'til an official press release actually announces it. As of right now, it isn't officially confirmed. Jalaguy 11:10, 2 September 2013 (EDT)
Dinobots
Given that they've been officially confirmed, I would imagine they would be given a mention somewhere on this page. Not saying we should go so far as to add Grimlock to the featured characters, but I would have thought they'd have some sort of mention here or there.
New Characters
I read online that Autobots "Crosshairs", and "Drift" will be joining the cast, along with Decepticon "Cyclonus". I also read that Dino/Mirage and Sideswipe will not be returning. Should we include this? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Deceptibot (talk • contribs).
- Is it from an official source, or is it from a leak? --abates 22:01, 7 September 2013 (EDT)
- Well, it came from Wikipedia, I just wanted to know if we should consider it.
- Looking at the Wikipedia article and its sources, these seem to be the usual mix of rumors and leaked production names (which are often chosen for purposes of misdirection). Don't think we need to bother with them. --Khajidha 22:37, 7 September 2013 (EDT)
- Well,it also came from a leaked callsheet.Bay tried making a fake callsheet for ROTF but it failed because all that was in that callsheet appeared in the movie.Bay wouldn't try to do that again so it's basically confirmed that the names for the Corvette C7 and the Bugatti are Drift and Crosshairs. Also in that callsheet it said something about a spaceship crashing and "Cyclonus".Should we include this?P.S.I'm new to the wiki—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Bumblebee Prime (talk • contribs). 14:17, 22 September 2013 (EDT)
- That's a very interesting definition of 'basically confirmed' you're using. If it hasn't been offically confirmed, by Michael Bay and/or a reputable news source, it ain't going on the article. Jalaguy 15:39, 22 September 2013 (EDT)
- That's the same reasoning cardsharps rely on. "Oh, he really was bluffing those first four hands when I won a little bit of money, so he must be bluffing now when I am all in." In other words, leaked callsheets are not "confirmation" of anything.--Khajidha 17:37, 22 September 2013 (EDT)
I've also seen pictures of Ratchet and Leadfoot prop vehicles on the set of TF4, should we note this?--Deceptibot 14:41, 6 October 2013 (EDT)
we should more characters to the list, even Wkipedia has a complete list: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transformers:_Age_of_Extinction - SoundWave 14:21, 18 October 2013 (EDT)
- No, these haven't been confirmeds, so we aren't adding them. This page seems like it needs to be locked soon. Escargon 14:23, 18 October 2013 (EDT)
- I may have to start using Wikipedia for my Transformers info if Tfwiki refuses to keep up to date. - SoundWave 14:25, 18 October 2013 (EDT)
- Well, we refuse to use rumors. Hell, half the time, information on Wikipedia on Transformers isn't even complete or factually right. Escargon 14:28, 18 October 2013 (EDT)
