Fiction
Marvel Comics continuity
Marty Cooper was out on a trip with freshman Rachel Becker and Paaswell when Rachel found what appeared to be fresh dinosaur footprints. Paaswell deflated Rachel's and Marty's excitement when he pointed out the straight, even edges of the footprints; no living creature has such footprints. The gigantic footprints were, therefore, a hoax.
The three were about to take their leave when they spotted a pterodactyl flying in the sky. The professor decided it merited staying overnight and the three set up camp. Rachel left on her own during the night, and Paaswell and Marty went to find her in the morning. Once the two found Rachel, all she had to say about her experience was that there was something "much, much more" than dinosaurs in the woods. King of the Hill!
