You can't see me!

This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
General McBregg is an officer in the United States Army.
Fiction
Marvel Generation 1 comics
The United States Army had a group of hostile robots surrounded at their makeshift fortification. General McBregg sent a message to them letting the robots know that they come in peace and only want to talk. Inside, Soundwave received the transmission and notified Megatron. Megatron considered the matter to trivial for him to worry about, and left it to Starscream to take care of. Starscream took care of it by leading an assault on the surrounding forces. Prisoner of War!
Notes
- General McBregg is only identified by name in the radio transmission, but he's probably the Army officer on page 15 telling everyone to retreat.
