Part 7128 of the The Asteroid Association Guide to the Lifeforms of the Galaxy was released in the year of 1990 and provided descriptions of the spacecraft of various mechanical lifeforms, along with a rating of the danger involved in being near them. Transformers Annual 1991
Subjects covered included:
- The Ark — the impressive vessel of the Autobot faction from Cybertron.
- Decepticon heavy transport — large ships belonging to the Autobots' opposing faction, the Decepticons. The Mayhem Attack Squad used such a ship.
- Decepticon & Autobot shuttles — smaller ships used by both Cybertronian factions which can not exceed lightspeed like the bigger ships.
- Deathbringer ship — ships used by the Deathbringers. The entry also mentions how a Deathbringer devastated part of a minor planet in the outer spiral arm of the Milky Way.
- Mecannibals' ship — the ship used by the nomadic merchant race of cannibals known as the Mecannibals.
- Quintesson Trident Attack Craft — ships used by the Quintessons and presumably their favored choice of transport ever since the destruction of their planet. According to the entry, the Quintessons have become notably aggressive since they've become homeless.
- Scorponok's ship — the ship that belongs to the Decepticon leader Scorponok. Apparently, the AA failed to acquire the ship's name for the entry and confirmation on the ship's supposed destruction.
- Nebulan ship — despite what the guide stated, the "Nebulan ship" was not from Nebulos, but from Cybertron. Its name was the Steelhaven and it belonged to the Autobot leader Fortress Maximus. It did count many Nebulans among its crew at one point though.
