Heh. You know, there's more than one Ark/Nemesis crash account given. I'm not sure you can call it a "continuity error" when the Ark/Nemesis space battle conflicts with ONE of the versions. In the Marvel comics, the Nemesis just shot up the Ark a bunch until Optimus Prime was forced to suicide crash it into Earth.
