- Heat Seekers are drones from the portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Heat Seekers are Cybertronian drones that find their target by the heat it produces. They are orb-shaped and equipped with lasers.
Fiction
Marvel Comics continuity
These stories do not fit into the normal Marvel continuity. See Earthforce for details.
Heat Seekers were among the many defense mechanisms Wheeljack had installed in Earthbase. Prowl had to get past them when the Autobots were all locked out of their own base. He did so by transforming to robot mode, so that the Heat Seekers could no longer detect the heat coming from his exhaust and by extension, him. The House that Wheeljack Built!
