Mini-Con panic-pagers are Cybertronian tools from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

Mini-Con panic-pagers are simple communication devices one Mini-Con can use to let another Mini-Con know: "I'm being abducted/mecha-sectioned/used as a weapon of mass destruction against my will. Need help ASAP."

Sparkplug handed Rad his Mini-Con panic-pager before heading into the Decepticon base to free the Air Defense Team. He told him to activate it if he, Jolt and Longarm wouldn't be back in thirty minutes, but neglected to explain what the device was. Armada #6 Rad, Carlos and Alexis awaited their friends' return for about 45 minutes before they activated the device. The Land Military Team arrived a bit later, finally informing the three humans just what the device was while demanding them to reveal where they got it from. Armada #7

It was never explained where Sparkplug got the panic-pager from, but since he didn't so much as mention it earlier in the series and knew for certain help would come, it would make sense if he had met the Land Military Team some time between issues #4 and #5 and gotten it from them.
