Windrazor is a Decepticon. He and the rest of his team can form Abominus.

Fiction

Kre-O cartoon

The quartet were at a carnival when they saw the Joes playing a "ring the bell" strongman game. Obtaining the mallet, the team used their combined mode to ace the game, but hit the target so hard that the bell was fired into orbit. Carnival Face Off

Toys

Kre-O

Windrazor comes as part of the Abominus Micro-Changer combiner set, and can be rebuilt from his robot mode into a flying dragon creature. He can also contribute his bricks to form Abominus.
His helmet is recycled from Megatron, his sword was originally released with Insecticon, and his wings originate with the Ripclaw Kreon from the Ripclaw Strike set.
