Takehito Koyasu (子安武人 Koyasu Takehito), born May 5, 1967, in Yokohama, is a Japanese voice actor and the creator of the hilariously awful anime Knight Hunters (Weiss Kreuz). In terms of anime, he's well known for voicing 7-Changer in Legendary Brave Da Garn and Kai Hirose in Brave Command Dagwon.
