After being injured in a fight while protecting humans, First Aid doubted his effectiveness in combat. Hot Spot tried to cheer him up by insisting on how valuable First Aid was to the Protectobots. Sure enough, First Aid soon had the opportunity to lead the Protectobots in a search for Swindle and Metroplex's stolen transforming cog. In the aftermath of a battle between Bruticus and Defensor, First Aid remained true to himself by even treating the injured Combaticons. Bad at Fighting? Rescue Team Protectobots, Dispatch!

• Defensor w/ Blades, First Aid, Hot Spot, and Streetsmart Kreons

First Aid comes as part of the Defensor Micro-Changer combiner set, and can be rebuilt from his robot mode into an ambulance. He can also contribute his bricks to form Defensor. His helmet was originally created for Soundwave (can you tell?) and his gun used to be Bumblebee's.
