Because of his encounter of the Matrix of Creation, which completed him in the way of gaining emotions and the ability to think separately from Megatron. Eventually; the Autobots launch the [[Ark (G1)|Ark]] which is attacked by flying Decepticons and the [[Nemesis (G1)|Nemesis]], eventually go through a [[Space bridge]] which leads to [[Earth]].
