Part of the sixth assortment of blind-bagged Kreon Micro-Changers, Seaspray can be rebuilt from robot mode into a hovercraft. He sports Ironhide's helmet.

Despite being based on the Autobot Sea Spray from the 2010 Transformers toyline, Kre-O Seaspray sports a Decepticon insignia on his chest.
