2014 was the fifth year of the Transformers Hall of Fame. No characters or creators were automatically inducted this year, with two characters being picked by popular fan vote.
Nomination process
Between May 28th and June 2nd, Transformers fan sites held individual polls to determine the nominees for the final ballot. The final fan-decided nominees were revealed on the official Transformers Facebook account on June 13:
The voting to decide the final inductee ran from June 13 to June 18, and in a change from previous years, was held via a poll on Facebook.
Hall of Fame CeremonyAnnouncement
The result of the vote will be announced during the Transformers Fan Experience at Universal Studios Hollywood on the Friday of BotCon 2014.
