Gigastorm is a Decepticon Kreon from the Kre-O continuity family.

Gigastorm is ~~an average-sized guy with a rhino mask~~ a Kreon Decepticon with the appearance of a horned dinosaur.

Gigastorm was part of Bludgeon's troops when they uncovered the ancient Red Bucket. Treasure Competition! Defeat with Block Power!

Gigastorm is based on the Angolmois-upgraded form of Megastorm from the Beast Wars II series.
Like all non-toy Kreons (particularly in the Hayato Sakamoto comics), Gigastorm is made from existing Kre-O parts. He uses the generic Torox helmet (with the side-holes being cleverly obstructed by the panel line), a horn piece, and a deco that matches his original counterpart's toy.
