Trepan's Trigger is a mnemonic effect from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Named after the mnemosurgeon Trepan, Trepan's Trigger is an effect where a certain phrase mnemonically embedded in someone's memories will provoke a certain response. The type of response the person has depends on the type of memories the phrase is tied to.
