The Pious Pools were wiped off the planet in the rebirth initiated by Vector Sigma and the Matrix of Leadership. Cyclonus mourned their loss, along with those of other locations. How to Say Goodbye and Mean It Rewind later showed him images of pre-war Cybertron, including one of the Pious Pools and Warrior's Gate. You, Me, and Other Revelations
