Megatron's castle is a building on Cybertron from the Dreamwave portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Megatron's castle is a Decepticon headquarters. It's not always Megatron's, though.

Dreamwave Generation One continuity

Megatron's castle, then known as just "Decepticon HQ", was used by Shockwave after Megatron's disappearance. There, he communicated with Scorponok and Ratbat abut Decepticon affairs. Soon after, he had a meeting with the Race Track Patrol that ended with the Patrol leaving the Decepticons. Destined for Nothing

• The only mention of "Megatron's castle" is in the eighth issue of Dreamwave's Generation 1 More Than Meets The Eye series, where the image decorating this page is found among the entries about "protoforms", "transformation", and "other characteristics". Ergo, among text that sheds no light whatsoever on the where and when of this building. Of course, the page before deals with Kaon, and since there's only two places from which Megatron has ruled in the Dreamwave continuity, and Megatron's castle looks nothing like the Decepticon High Command Aerie of Praxus, it can be assumed that Megatron's castle is located in Kaon, most likely within the fortress city of Kolkular.
